Nelson Aluminum Products in Alpharetta, a Local Screen Company
Nelson Aluminum Products Inc is a local screen company in Alpharetta, and it has served the Greater Atlanta area for 40 years. The work has always centered on screens: window screen installation, screen replacement, porch screens and custom screen porch enclosures for homes around the north metro area.
Over the years, the jobs have ranged from a single torn window screen to a porch that needed a complete new enclosure. Each one starts the same way, with a conversation about how you use the space and what you want it to do for you. That steady focus on screens, and on the homes around us, is what a long-established local company is built on.
This website is a new way to reach us, but the business behind it is the same. You still talk with the owner, you still get a free estimate, and you still get screens made to fit your home.
Meet the Owner
Russ Henderson of Nelson Aluminum Products
Russ Henderson owns Nelson Aluminum Products. When you call, Russ wants to hear what you want from your porch or windows so he can help you work out the best way to get there.
His approach is simple. Whether you need a single window screen replaced or a full porch enclosure, Russ wants you to end up with the right solution for your home. Some porches only need new screen on a sound frame, while others are better served by a new enclosure or Eze-Breeze panels, and he will help you sort out which is which.
What We Build for Alpharetta Area Homes
All of our work is residential, done at our customers' homes, and every service we offer is closely related to the others. On porches, we handle screen porch installation for new, custom enclosures and porch rescreening when an existing frame needs fresh screen. We also build Florida style porches with aluminum frames and Eze-Breeze porch enclosures with sliding vinyl-glazed panels.
Around the rest of the house, we offer window screen installation for new and custom screens and window screen replacement for frames that only need new mesh. Our screen door installation service covers patio, back and porch doors. Keeping the list short means each job gets our full attention.

The Values Behind Every Screen Job
A few plain commitments guide how we work. They come straight from how Russ has always run the business.
- Help first: find the right solution for your home, from a simple replacement to a full enclosure.
- Free estimates: every project starts with a free estimate.
- Honest advice: when a smaller job will do, we say so.
- Careful fit: screens and panels are sized to your openings.
We also care about materials. Phifer BetterVue insect screen uses a smaller yarn for a clearer view, and Eze-Breeze sliding panels use vinyl glazing that is lighter and more affordable than glass. You can read what homeowners say about us on our customer reviews page.
